Andrew Baxter – Assistant Coach Yale University; Brighton High School ‘96
Andrew Baxter, a collegiate men’s lacrosse coach for the last 13 years, took over as Yale’s defensive coordinator in 2013 and helped the Bulldogs to their most prolific season since the early 1990s. His charges led the Blue to a No. 6 ranking in Division I scoring defense (7.94), while the Elis went 12-5, won the Ivy League Tournament title and beat Penn State on the road in the NCAA Tournament.
Baxter has coached at Ohio State University, Drexel University and Colgate University before coming to Yale in 2013.
A native of Rochester, N.Y., Baxter graduated from Brighton High School in 1996. He currently resides in Milford, CT with wife Marika and daughter Rae.
Peter Milliman – Assistant Coach Cornell University; Brighton High School ‘96
Peter Milliman joined the Cornell men's lacrosse staff as an assistant coach prior to the 2014 season. Milliman spent the previous season on the sideline at Princeton and has been an assistant at RIT and Siena.
A native of Rochester, N.Y., Milliman spent four seasons as the head coach at Division II Pfeiffer, where he amassed a record of 37-26 as his teams improved their win total each year. During his tenure with the Falcons, he was twice named the Conference Carolinas Coach of the Year.
Milliman has also played professionally with the Rochester Rattlers for 4 seasons.
